Donation Processs
We hope you will soon become an active donor member of the Rebuild Hope community and strive to make your experience as positive as possible. You can help by carefully reviewing the following information BEFORE you start the donation process, i.e, selecting a specific "Donate Now" button on the website.
- Read the brief descriptions for the different types of available donation opportunities to ensure you understand them. (read now)
- When you select any Donate Now button you will be asked if you want to (a) create a personal account (i.e., register), (b) log-in to existing one OR (c) bypass the personal account option. The personal account function is NOT currently available so simply select the "bypass" option.
- An on-line donation form will appear in your browser with the selected beneficiary and need already entered in the form. Simply enter the amount you want to donate for that beneficiary.
- Review your donation form carefully before submitting it as once a donation has been submitted, it is not refundable.
- You do not need to fund an entire request or sponsorship as donations from multiple donors can be combined to reach the total needed.
- If you want to change a beneficiary or a need BEFORE you have submitted a donation, you can close the existing donation session by simply returning to the "who you can help" web page. Now you can restart the selection process.
- If for any reason total donations exceed the amount of a request Rebuild Hope will redirect the excess amount to another need or beneficiary in your behalf.
- If you intend to make multiple donations, you must submit a separate donation form for each one. Simply select another Donate Now button, and repeat the submittal process.
