Army SPC James Anderson (Veteran)
James served five years in the US Army infantry where he earned both a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart. He was severely wounded when a car bomb struck his patrol vehicle in Iraq.

| Current Situation: | James is currently rated as a 90% disabled veteran and he has applied for an increase to 100%. He was married this past Valentine's Day and his wife will join the Army in February 2011. James intends to return to school next June using the GI Bill. They had no income last month and need help paying their bills. This is a one-time problem. |
