| Current Situation: | Jeremy was discharged from the Army in August of 2008 after serving for 16 years. His wife takes care of their four children and Jeremy cannot work. Jeremy currently receives a modest amount of service-connected disability compensation from the Veterans Administration. He has filed a claim for a 100% disability rating and expects a positive decision in about 4 to 6 months. In the meantime, his family needs help with basic living expenses. They live conservatively and have no debt. |
