Service-Connected Disability: Severe PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder,TBI, Hearing loss ,Bilateral knee displacement,degenerative back disorder, Sleep Apnea, tinnutis ,Accihiles tendonitis, Migraines, Headaches, light sensitivity, convergence disorder in eyes. Loss of Balance due to nerve damage.

Last Military Assignment: 2/6 Fox Company, Camp Lejuene, NC
Immediate Family: Spouse, service dog plus two additional dogs
Personal Interests: Video games, swimming, playing with our dogs
Current Situation:

After Michael was discharged from the Army his life seemed quite normal for awhile. Then things changed dramatically and he sought help, enrolling in a PTSD treatment program at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. He has filed a claim for service-connected disability income which should start in a the Fall and has returned to his commission-based work. His family needs assistance paying for food and utilities until his income recovers.
