| Current Situation: | Michael was medically discharged from the Air Force in October 2009 and awarded service-connected disability compensation based on an 80% disability rating. He currently receives physical therapy and pain management care at the VA. Approved for the GI Bill, he starts school this fall. He also expects to receive SSDI benefits in a few months time. With these two events the Freret household will achieve and sustain a positive cash flow. Their current financial problems stem from unexpected and unaffordable car repairs. |
