U.S. Army SSG Timothy Spikes (Veteran)

Home: Indianapolis, IN
Injury: Service-connected disabilities include spinal injury, cardiac arrest two heart operations, Special heart operation called Mini Maze, lower back L-4, L-5 Lower Disc problem, shoulder operation rotator cup repaired, ENT treatment surgery, both knees have been operated on and gout has been determined, right hip bursitis, PTSD
Operations: Gulf War, Operation Iraqi Freedom
Last Military Assignment: 205th INF Bde, Campatterbury, IN (Active Duty 20 years)
Immediate Family: Wife and daughter's two young children
Personal Interests: "Honoring our Heavenly Farther, loving my wife, raising my daughters, and my dog. Trying to get back into the normal things in life and studying the bible."
Current Situation: Timothy and his family are relocating to Texas so he can receive better medical treatment and his wife can work at Robins Air Force Base. They have requested assistance to help pay for their moving expenses.

Current Requests: Need: $1500 (moving expenses) Received: $900 Unmet Need: $600
