I was stationed at Fort Knox, Fort Hood, Fort Lee, Fort Campbell, Fort Dix, and spent some time in Germany. I have had 3 surgeries on my right knee and went through physical therapy for about one and a half years. I see the VA on a monthly basis for pain management and to treat nerve damage. I also receive regular treatment for combat stress. When I needed to repair my roof and the engine of my sole means of transportation, I spent my available funds and fell behind one month on my mortgage and electric bill. I have not been able to get caught up yet but once I pay these bills I will have no problems meeting my regular monthly financial obligations." |
