"In May of 2006, Xavia was injured in a car accident. She has nerve damage in her spine, which has led to other health problems, including paralysis in her left leg. Xavia has received a 90% disability rating from the VA and continues to receive regular medical treatment and physical therapy. She wants people to remember that our service men and women are still sacrificing their lives so that others can enjoy freedom here at home and around the world."
